A Que Se Refiere El Valor Legalidad

For legality to be a concrete fact alongside the existence of the system of standards, it is necessary for society to commit itself to respecting the laws, because if there is a law and we do not respect it, it will not make much sense. Everyone has a social responsibility to help and contribute to the consolidation of legality and the rule of law, and can do so simply through small actions: cooperation and compliance with the law, knowledge of basic regulations, condemnation and renunciation of actions that violate legality. Finally, it is always good to make it clear that in order to live in a society where legality is respected, not only must the rules be set, but also people must commit to respecting these rules. Each individual will have a social responsibility to ensure compliance with the law in various areas. The culture of legality is the common conviction that each person has an individual responsibility to contribute to the construction and maintenance of a society based on the rule of law. The word “righteousness” appears more than two hundred times in every translation of the Bible. However, the word justice has some meanings and a number of nuances of what it can have in Spanish or other modern languages. It goes beyond the moral or legal sphere, because it deepens the deepest sphere of the religious: the relationship between God and man and between men and each other, precisely because of their religious dimension. The concept of justice is becoming increasingly broad and important. This is the profound value of righteousness at the time of God`s covenant with man.

This first sense of “justice” lies in the environment of fidelity, sincerity, conformity to the fulfillment of God`s covenant with man. The rule of law is a concept and/or formal definition of legal policy that is not unambiguous, but is generally understood in the sense of the primacy of the law over any other principle of government, in particular against the tyranny and arbitrariness of political power – “The state is me” – even if they were well-intentioned – principle of reason of state, contrary to the Roman maxims Dura lex sed lex or Fiat iustitia, and pereat mundos–. In a sense, the concept of the rule of law is similar to the Hellenic term nomos basileus (“The law is king”) or the Anglo-Saxon constitutional state, but should not be confused with others, such as the Germanic rule of law and the rule of law, with the principle of legality or with the concepts of legitimacy. Legality, culture of legality, governance, etc. The principle of legality, also known as the primacy of the law, is defined as the supremacy of the law over any other activity or act having public authority. In most States, criminal law is based on the principle of legality. That is, a crime is classified only as long as the law expressly states it. The term “justice” in the seventies version has the same primary meaning as in the Hebrew text, although it is influenced by the Greek mentality, since the Hellenic terms dikē and dikaiosýnē refer to the virtue of purely human justice, since it orders coexistence in the legal and moral realms among people. However, the opposite effect has occurred: there are Greek voices – dikē, dikaiosýnē, krísis, kríma and a few others – that represent religious concepts from the Old Testament in them, which have been expressed in Hebrew in Hebrew as sedek, mišpāt, sedāqāh, etc. The reason for this change in meaning is simply that the similarity between the terms is more or less great. For a better understanding of Greek words that express religious concepts, they must be interpreted according to their Hebrew meaning.

/December). “The principle of legality”. Revista Española de Derecho Constitucional (Madrid: Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales) (39): 9-42. The right weighting of each axis is explained by the model of action through competences, which we promote in MUCD in order to promote a culture of legality, because civil society and legal measures concern both the knowledge of laws and norms of coexistence and the ability of people to act. Legality is a condition or act performed within the normative framework of a State. The constitutional principle of legality in the field of taxation implies that the creation, modification and elimination of taxes, as well as the granting of tax exemptions and other tax advantages, the determination of the chargeable event, taxpayers, persons entitled to the reserve, the corresponding aliquots and the taxable amount must be carried out by law. Legality as a value is a set of beliefs, values, norms and actions that encourage people to believe in the rule of law and reject injustices. Legality as a value makes it possible to assess the respect and interest of the legal system on the part of persons and those who apply the law. Justice (from the Latin iustitĭa, which in turn comes from ius – law – and means in its own sense “the just”) has several meanings in the dictionary of the Spanish language.

It is a value that is determined by society as a common good. It was born from the need to maintain harmony among its members. It is the guidelines and criteria that create an appropriate framework for relations between individuals and institutions by approving, prohibiting and authorizing specific measures in the interaction of these people. This relationship between the principle of legality and the principle of the reservation of rights is generally established – in a democracy – in the so-called legal system and enjoys special dogmatic treatment in constitutional law, administrative law, tax law and criminal law. Serve a sentence to those involved in the sentence to resume the crime that may have been born. The principle of legality already arises in older societies, which have begun to record in writing laws that had previously been maintained orally and that were the result of customs or traditions (customary law). In writing the law, it acquires a real entity, since its interpretation ceases to be arbitrary or imaginative, and presupposes the submission of each of the individuals to its existence. The laws of a society have been established not only to resolve conflicts or disputes, but also for the purpose of organizing and organizing daily life in countless aspects, which can range from trade and civil to religious, family or individual. We hope that the information will be useful in identifying areas of opportunity and starting to build a true culture of legality in Mexico.

Legality means that an act is in accordance with the law. Ethics deals with good and bad behavior. Some actions may be legal, but in the opinion of some unethical people. For example, drug testing on animals is legal in many countries, but some people do not consider it ethical. Read this list of actions and organize them into two columns: those that you think break the law and those that are unethical. Do these aspects always come together? The first two principles are easily comparable in comparative law (equality before the law and the principle of legality). However, the third – which is based on a peculiarity of English law – is a controversial point, as it denies the Constitution the fundamental role of the Basic Law, particularly in including judges, which is usually granted in the others. The culture of legality is a set of values, norms, perceptions and attitudes that individuals have towards laws and the institutions that implement them.

Since it indicates the degree of knowledge of citizens about the norms in force, it is a fundamental element in determining the stability of the social system.
